RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

 

The customer has the right to withdraw and return the goods within 14 days from receipt of the object itself. If he intends to do so, he must promptly notify the DojoBrandby email at the address info@dojobrand.com. Please note that for the purpose of a correct notification of the intention to withdraw, it is necessary to receive reply to the aforementioned email; otherwise, it is advisable to use a registered letter with return receipt.

If the Customer withdraws, he will be refunded the payments he has made in our favor relating to the materials purchased and returned, excluding delivery costs (except in the case in which the delivered material is defective or does not correspond to the description), without undue delay. and in any case no later than 14 days from the day of receipt of the returned material. These refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer for the initial transaction and after receipt of the returned goods.

In case of goods obviously tampered with, worn or deteriorated by the Customer, the latter will be refunded an amount that takes into account the devaluation of the asset at the discretion of the DojoBrand and the state of the object.

The direct costs of returning the goods will be borne by the customer.

 

 

 REPLACEMENT OF GOODS

 

The procedure for the replacement of the goods follows the same rules as that for the withdrawal, except for the following points:

- in case of goods obviously tampered with, worn or deteriorated by the Customer, the replacement will not be made;

- also the second shipment for the exchange material is charged to the Customer according to the standard costs foreseen by the DojoBrand.

EXPRESS TERMINATION CLAUSE

In the event of total or partial non-payment of the purchase price of the DojoBrand assetby Taliani Niccolò reserves the right to declare pursuant to and by effect of art. 1456 of the civil code terminated this contract by sending a written communication to the customer's electronic address.

COMPLAINTS

For any complaint or clarification, the customer must contact the number 338-1487606 or the e-mail address info@dojobrand.com. The customer will be contacted for clarification within 10 (ten) working days from the request.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

This contract is regulated by the Italian law. The exclusive jurisdiction and forum for any legal action brought by the Purchaser under this warranty or any further legal guarantees will be the Court of Pisa. In case of victory ofWing Tsun Shopby Taliani Niccolò in any legal action, the plaintiff will have to reimburse aWing Tsun Shopby Taliani Niccolò expenses, including lawyers' fees and court fees, incurred byWing Tsun Shopby Taliani Niccolò for their own defense.

REFERENCE
Although not expressly provided for in this contract, the rules of Italian law in force apply.
